Click "Sign up." Choose whether you're a coach (creates a team, invite your athletes later) or an athlete (individual plan, your own account). Fill in your name, email, and password — you'll get a 7-day free trial automatically, no card needed to start.
Signing in
Enter your email and password on the same screen. Forgotten your password? Use the "Forgot password?" link — you'll get an email with a reset link.
The Hub
After signing in you'll land on the Hub — one screen, three apps: Profiler, Training Monitor, and Race Report. Click any card to open that app. Inside any app, the "Menu" button in the top corner brings you straight back here — you stay signed in the whole time. "Total Exit" on the Hub itself is the only button that actually signs you out.
While your trial is running, a banner at the top shows how many days are left, with a "subscribe now" link whenever you're ready to pick a plan.
Profiler — Physiological Testing & Reports
Use this to record a swimmer's test data (lactate, stroke rate, heart rate) and generate their training pace zones and printable reports.
1
Select or add a swimmerUse the swimmer dropdown at the top. Not on the list yet? Add them from the Settings tab first.
2
Enter test dataGo to the event tab that matches the test (50/100/200 etc.). Fill in splits, lactate, heart rate, and anthropometrics as you have them — you don't need every field to save.
3
Save the sessionClick Save. The training pace table, Energy Cone, and WERP all recalculate automatically from what you've entered.
4
Print a reportGo to Reports. Choose 1-Page (quick coach summary), 4-Page (full athlete file), or Custom (tick exactly the sections you want on one page). Each opens a print-ready PDF.
Training Monitor — Session Logging & Planning
Use this to log what a swimmer actually did in training, plan ahead, and track load over time.
1
Build a sessionGo to Squad Dashboard → pick the swimmer or group → "+ Add set" to build it rep by rep, or use a template as a starting point.
2
Import from Commit or a FIT filePaste a Commit workout to pre-load planned sets, or upload a COROS/Garmin FIT file to pull in actual splits — either way, review the draft table before saving.
3
Check CSI (pace targets)The CSI Import tab pulls each swimmer's latest critical pace/stroke rate from the Profiler automatically — nothing to do here unless you're correcting a value.
4
Plan a seasonSeason tab: create a season, add training blocks (Base, Build, Taper etc.), and see the colour-coded intensity distribution for however sessions have actually been logged.
Race Report — Race Analysis
Use this to break down a single race into its energy-system demands, lap by lap.
1
Select the swimmer and eventPick from the dropdown, or add a new athlete if needed.
2
Enter splits and physiologyLap times, stroke rate, and whatever blood lactate/HR readings you have — same rule as Profiler, partial data is fine.
3
Save and reviewThe report builds automatically: energy system breakdown, pacing chart, and the metabolic profile for that specific swim.
